The MATADOR™ robotic glass loading system, developed by Altınay Technology Group, requires significantly less space and loads glass sheets twice as fast as conventional systems.
Developed through Altınay Technology Group’s advanced R&D efforts and currently undergoing patent registration processes, the MATADOR™ robotic loading line is capable of handling massive glass panels measuring up to 6 by 3 meters. Compared to traditional systems, it achieves double the loading speed while requiring 50% less floor space.
Providing further details, Dr. Ahmet Emre Çetin, Chief Engineer at Altınay Technology Group and Design & Production Manager of Olbricht Glass and Transfer Technologies, stated that the robotic glass loading system is the result of extensive R&D activities.
“The system can load large-scale glass panels twice as fast as conventional solutions, requires 50% less space, and delivers a more cost-effective solution for customers,” said Dr. Çetin.
