ALTINAY, which developed and produced the “first industrial robot” of Turkey in 1990 after the academic researches, is the most qualified institution of Turkey in its field and is prominent in robot technology. Behind this success of ALTINAY that develops robotic production technologies for the local and global industry, there are gifted human sources that are producing and managing technology.

ALTINAY started to provide service in 2006 with 7,000 m2 engineering space in Robotics Application Center. ALTINAY, which is included in international projects on developing flexible production technologies with robots, is active today with its 5 facilities that have a total of 13,000 m2 closed area in Tuzla Industrial Sites, Istanbul Teknopark and Gölcük. ALTINAY has organizations in Germany and Russia as well as in Turkey. ALTINAY develops projects for the prominent firms of the sector in many countries, especially Turkey, Germany, Russia, France, Spain and Holland. With its innovative solutions is robotics, proven project management and industrial experience, ALTINAY continues today to create value for its distinguished customers worldwide, in the projects that require high technology.

ALTINAY’S ENGINEERING SKILLS

ALTINAY's engineering skills cover all aspects of welding, combination, assembly, transport, transfer, painting, cutting & polishing, surface processing, vision-based robot management as well as control, packaging and palletizing. ALTINAY, which has nearly 30 years of experience in robot technologies and system integration, carries out either single cell integration or modernization of an existing line or projects it implemented for complete turnkey lines with the advantages of high precision mechanics and electronics. ALTINAY uses servo motor architecture with high accuracy and controllable to create durable designs with long-term usage life. At the same time, thanks to its experience of more than a quarter of a century, it enables its customers to reduce their costs and increase their quality and capacity. ALTINAY, which of turnover in 2017 is over 60.1 million euros, has approximately 420 employees, more than half of whom are engineers and have Ph.D. degrees.
